My room was a superior double room. the beds were comfy. the sound proofing was great. My room faced the street, but i didn't hear any traffic. complimentary coffee and water were nice touches.
i found the room small. the wardrobe wasn't large enough for all my clothes. the bathroom felt small too.

i appreciated the comfortable bed and clean room. breakfast had wonderful scrambled eggs, totally delicious (especially with a bit of salt and pepper)! staff were helpful, offering recommendations for local spots. the hotel design has lovely touches, like small rest areas, where i enjoyed a quiet moment.
the room lacked a refrigerator, a feature i certainly missed.

the reception staff was helpful, providing numerous trip ideas. i found adam particularly cute and super helpful with local tips. the team definitely goes the extra mile to ensure a nice experience.

breakfast included a wide spread of high quality ingredients. a lovely lady managed the restaurant, and she always greeted guests with a friendly attitude. i especially enjoyed the fresh croissants and coffee each morning.

the room included complimentary coffee and water, a very nice touch. the beds were comfortable with ample closet space, which i definitely valued. i really enjoyed the open window with a balcony.

The location is great, I could walk to many attractions. The metro was also easily accessible (very convenient!). I found two self-service laundromats nearby, which helped a lot on my trip.
The paint needed touching up. I saw chips in the paint and grubby marks on touch points.

the location was great it was easily accessible to many restaurants i found the room to be very clean the bed was also comfortable the breakfast offered a good selection of continental options there were also hot options like scrambled eggs
i booked a superior double room i was disappointed the room was basic it did not feel worth the price no refrigerator existed the towels were gray instead of white i had to go downstairs for coffee

the staff where very lovely and accommodating. i really liked the free tea and coffee in the lobby. the location is good for seeing the area.
our room was a bit small for two people. the bathroom didn't had much light in it, it was very dark. the breakfast was not the best, so many foods were out of stock and we needed to wait for top ups.
